Ring in the new year with some self-care!
Inspired by the Japanese practice of "forest bathing," join us for a relaxing evening of "book bathing." Bring your own book or choose one to check out, and immerse yourself in reading after a guided meditation and sound bath. This is a mindfulness and meditation-based exercise that will allow participants to be more present in their surroundings and reduce stress levels.
Please note: Chairs will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring a cushion or other seating aid for added comfort for floor-seating.
